THE  house    Built in 2006-2007, this modern carriage house has been finished and furnished to a standard rarely seen today. You'll find stunning birch flooring throughout, a marble and slate shower and bathroom, Mission-style bedroom furniture, stainless steel kitchen appliances surrounded by an eye-catching stainless and ceramic tile kitchen counter, carefully chosen comfortable furniture in a cozy living room, and many other tasteful details. THE Location    Just twelve blocks from Duluth’s city center, six blocks from the Aerial Bridge, and a short beach-walk from Canal Park, with five miles of sandy beach at your doorstep. 

the view    Watch the sun rise from the lakeside living room, watch it set from your bayside bedroom. Settle in to a cozy armchair and watch for ore boats and ocean-bound freighters or the surfers, kayakers, and windsurfers catching Lake Superior waves right out your window. Hit the beach and join the runners, walkers, roller-bladers and bikers who love Park Point for its stunning views, even terrain, and eclectic mix of architecture. When the snow flies, put on your snowshoes or cross country skis at your doorstep and head out for a scenic trek along the lakeshore.  

the neighborhood    In the mood to explore? A wonderful mix of restaurants, movie theaters, museums, galleries, antique stores, coffee bars and locally owned shops can be found just across the bridge in the historic Canal Park area. Duluth’s popular Lakewalk begins in Canal Park and takes you along the shores of Lake Superior, past several Duluth landmarks, including the Rose Gardens and Leif Erickson Park.
